Switch Joystick – Arcade Style

Product Description

Each microswitch is terminated with a 3.5mm jack plug on a 0.5m cable. The joystick can be set to activate either one or two microswitches at the same time for four or eight direction output depending upon assembly (eight as standard).

Alternative output connectors can be made up to your specification, eg 9 way “D” type to plug straight in to the PS3-SAP analogue port, or for that matter an industry standard configuration like other PC access joysticks.

This unit is usually mounted in our custom game console case, but it can also be used in a stand alone configuration as in the picture. Alternative enclosures are possible but note that the joystick mechanism is large and will not fit in an enclosure any shallower than shown in the picture.
